New members are given the opportunity to choose a deduction of up to 50% of regular dues as a way to make it as easy as possible for them to experience what our New Reform Congregation Kadima has to offer.

“This Choose Your Dues program has been developed in order to enable people to experience the feeling of welcome that our synagogue members seek to extend to them. For us it’s about relationships,” said Rabbi David Oler. “Thanks to the members of our congregation who wished to provide the opportunity for new people to experience our sense of community and the programs of our progressive Reform congregation, we are able to remove the barrier of a required full dues amount,” Rabbi Oler noted. “When people ask ‘how much,’ we are able to say ‘Choose Your Dues.’”
